- Assist clients with travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, tours, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel packages, visa rules, and promotions
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Experience in travel or customer service field preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages an advantage)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, booking systems)
