Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the steel, foundry, or weighing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in industrial product sales, client relationship management, and achieving business growth through field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel plants, foundries, and related industrial sectors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct field visits to customer sites, distributors, and industrial zones in nearby locations.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new developments in the weighing and steel/foundry industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience selling weighing systems, or industrial equipment.
- Network of clients in the steel and foundry sector.
- Experience in handling B2B industrial sales and after-sales support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
