Sales Manager

Sewani Construction is looking for a Sales Manager to build and strengthen our sales function in West Ahmedabad. With multiple upcoming developments in the western corridor, this role will be responsible for driving sales performance while also helping formalise and structure.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and mentor the sales team for projects in West Ahmedabad
- Set up and refine sales systems, processes and reporting (lead management, follow-ups, broker management, etc.)
- Drive enquiries, site visits, negotiations and closures across multiple projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers and corporate clients
- Coordinate with management on pricing, inventory allocation, launch strategy and marketing inputs.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (commercial and/or residential)
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market, especially the western belt, will be an advantage
- Ability to create structured sales processes in a growing organisation
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- High level of ownership, discipline and willingness to grow with the organisation
