Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead with 10+ years of expertise in ETL, Data Warehousing, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Talend (Data Integration, Big Data, Admin), AWS Glue, PySpark, Airflow (MWAA preferred), and AWS Redshift. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading data integration pipelines, ensuring scalability, performance, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end ETL and Data Warehousing solutions.
  • Implement and manage ETL workflows using Talend, AWS Glue, and PySpark.
  • Architect, optimize, and maintain data pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.
  • Work with AWS Redshift, Spectrum, and S3 to deliver highly available and performant cloud data solutions.
  • Manage Talend administration, ensuring secure, scalable, and optimized ETL operations.
  • Design and implement Airflow DAGs (MWAA preferred) for orchestration of data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data modeling, migration, and performance tuning.
  • Oversee deployment and release management using Jenkins, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, maintaining transparency with stakeholders via JIRA.
  • Mentor and guide team members, driving best practices in data engineering and DevOps.

Mandatory Skills

  • ETL & DW Expertise: 10+ years of experience.
  • ETL Tools: Talend (Data Integration, Big Data, Admin), AWS Glue.
  • Programming: PySpark.
  • Orchestration: Airflow (MWAA preferred).
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS Redshift, Spectrum, S3, IAM, and other AWS services.
