Based out of Hyderabad, Sinterx is a growing company in the pharma industry, maintaining strong relationships with key industry players and fostering a dedicated and motivated team.Your roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:Collaborate closely with senior R&D personnel to actively support and contribute to ongoing research and development endeavours.Proficiently conduct literature reviews and execute experiments autonomously.Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing processes to effectively scale projects from laboratory to industrial scale.Interact with cross-functional teams to translate scientific breakthroughs into commercially viable products.Enhance current product processes and innovate new methodologies for high-demand market offerings.Remain abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field to identify novel opportunities for R&D.Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior R&D professionals.Possess comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and adhere to GLP guidelines when handling laboratory equipment.Uphold a clean and safe work environment in compliance with GLP regulations within laboratory settings.Engage in periodic evaluations of laboratory operations, contributing insights for continual process enhancement.Actively contribute to waste reduction efforts through ongoing research on process optimization while maintaining stringent safety standards.Qualifications and work experience required:1. Candidates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in chemistry [B.Sc. (Chemistry)/ M.Sc. (Chemistry)] from a reputed university with high academic achievements (>80% aggregate score) may apply.Entry-level candidates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D sector.Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively as part of a team.A desire to gain experience in leading and contributing to research projects.Deep understanding of chemical principles, experimental design, and analytical techniques.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to drive innovation and overcome scientific challenges.Physical demands/factors:While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee must meticulously observe the chemical experiments undertaken or delegated to them, keenly noting any alterations occurring within the reactions.
