Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate, based in Hyderabad. The Senior Associate will manage day-to-day operations, develop and oversee educational programs, coordinate with stakeholders, conduct research and analysis, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The role also requires mentoring junior team members and assisting in strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program management and development
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
  • Experience with stakeholder coordination and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
