Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Researcher, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include synthesizing and characterizing advanced chemical intermediates, managing laboratory workflows, and troubleshooting chemical processes. The Associate Researcher will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in optimizing synthesis protocols, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards to meet project timelines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in organic synthesis, reaction mechanism, and compound characterization
  • Familiarity with techniques such as NMR, HPLC, MS, and IR spectroscopy for analytical purposes
  • Experience in laboratory procedures, maintaining accurate research documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry is an advantage
