Position Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance
Location: Maradu
Employment Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Job Overview:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities of the branch. This role supports the finance department by maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, managing accounts payable and receivable, and verifying transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and financial discrepancies by gathering and analyzing account information.
- Process invoices, verify expense claims, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with standard accounting principles and guidelines.
- Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11, ₹13,000.00 per month
