**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and petty cash transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, dealer accounts, and supplier ledgers.
- Monitor and manage credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and other financial statements for management review.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and spare parts departments to track revenue and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
