Senior Partnership Executive – Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close partnerships with companies, corporates, firms, and manpower agencies for Mykare subscription plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Present Mykare's health subscription offerings to corporate clients and customize proposals based on their workforce needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B subscription sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–6 years in B2B / Corporate Sales, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales (healthcare, insurance, wellness, or HR tech experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships.
- Based in Kochi with willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
