Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with companies, corporates, firms, and manpower agencies for Mykare subscription plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Present Mykare's health subscription offerings to corporate clients and customize proposals based on their workforce needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B subscription sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–6 years in B2B / Corporate Sales, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales (healthcare, insurance, wellness, or HR tech experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships.
  • Based in Kochi with willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
