We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent for our organization. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for the organization
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and qualifications
  • Conduct candidate searches using various sourcing techniques including networking, job boards, social media, and other creative methods
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture
  • Manage the full recruiting process, including negotiating offers and facilitating candidate onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the recruiting team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and share insights and recommendations with the team and hiring managers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the software development industry
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and other technical positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
