As a
Technical Recruiter Specialist
, you will drive 360° recruitment: from market mapping and sourcing to interviewing, closing, and onboarding top-tier engineers, product minds, and solution architects. You will partner with leadership, engineering, and HR to build not just a workforce, but the future DNA of iTCart.

This role demands a balance of headhunting instinct, structured process management, candidate psychology, and storytelling ability. You're not just filling roles — you're building teams that will ship patents, transform industries, and expand iTCart's legacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles (360° view).
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
  • Source and headhunt passive talent using advanced Boolean search, social platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with precision — ensuring both skill and cultural alignment.
  • Drive offer negotiations, closing strategies, and pre-onboarding engagement.
  • Maintain strong candidate experience, acting as the brand ambassador of iTCart.
  • Track recruitment KPIs: sourcing-to-offer ratios, drop-off analysis, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Continuously map tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements.

Who You Are

  • 6–8 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or product startups.
  • Proven success in handling end-to-end recruitment across software engineering, product, cloud, and data roles.
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to network, cold-source, and attract passive talent.
  • Skilled in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Excellent at reading candidates — balancing technical assessments with soft skill evaluations.
  • Strong closing skills: you know how to bring top talent on board against competition.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a high-growth, high-demand environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to global hiring (US/EU/APAC) for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics, recruitment dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Experience scaling teams in fast-growth startups or IP-driven tech firms.
  • Knowledge of labor law basics for India & US (bonus).
