At BelleVie, we are seeking a dynamic Customer Excellence Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Relationships with Clients. The primary responsibilities of this role will be identifying issues, escalating problems to the respective department through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving them within the required timeframe
  • Knowledge of the organization's existing and new products or services
  • Solutions based on customers needs and requirements and suggest alternatives
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with Partners
  • Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
  • Regular following up with the customers and Partners and maintaining the data

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with Clients
  • Proven customer service/support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
