Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our students. Your role will involve:
- Providing prompt and efficient responses to student inquiries across various channels.
- Initiating regular check-ins with students to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively managing student success by identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
You will also have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our customers, act as their voice within our organization, and contribute to the development of new products and services based on feedback received.
In addition, you will have the chance to cross-sell and upsell our courses, further enhancing your skills and expertise in customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
