Position: Technical Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose

The Technical Sales Coordinator at Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. supports the sales function by coordinating technical and commercial inputs, ensuring accurate proposals, timely quotations, and smooth handover of orders from sales to execution teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements, specifications, and project scope.
  • Assist in preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams.
  • Review RFQs, tenders, and client documents for commercial and technical input.
  • Act as a communication bridge between sales, design, estimation, production, and project teams.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations, technical documents, and revisions.
  • Maintain enquiry, quotation, and follow-up records.
  • Support sales team during negotiations by providing required technical and cost-related details.
  • Coordinate smooth order handover with approved documents.
  • Assist in client communication regarding clarifications, approvals, and changes.
  • Prepare MIS reports and sales support documents for management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and project documentation (training can be provided).
  • Commercial awareness and costing sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, technical sales support, or project coordination.
  • Experience in steel structures / PEB / construction / fabrication industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
