We are searching for a Project Manager who is passionate about driving projects to completion, enhancing client relationships, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee content creation processes, collaborating with freelancers to produce top-quality content for clients.
  • Design and implement an engaging onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Maintain and update schedules for current clients, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and refine processes to reduce project turnaround times, enhancing efficiency
Candidate Profile:
  • Flawless communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, to leverage for client projects and engagement.
  • Proficient in using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project tracking.
  • Design skills using Canva are a bonus, enhancing the ability to contribute to content creation and project presentations.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects calmly and effectively, maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.
