Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Brand Marketing Associate
to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on
events, partnerships, and brand activations
to create memorable experiences for our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Activations

  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing brand-led events such as pop-ups, workshops, and community meet-ups.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists/talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee event logistics including checklists, timelines, budgets, and approvals.
  • Manage invoices, documentation, and basic budget tracking.

Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard relevant brand partners, creators, and communities for collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring seamless communication and aligned deliverables.
  • Support in developing co-branded campaigns and tracking their performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, events, partnerships, or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in a
    startup, event agency, creator-first agency, or lifestyle/fashion brand
    preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in vendor coordination and budget tracking.
