Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Analysis & Negotiations

  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, evaluating, and renewals
  • Negotiate terms with clients and vendors to achieve commercially balanced outcomes
  • Ensure contractual compliance with business policies and risk frameworks

2. Commercial Structuring & Governance

  • Translate deal structures into clear contractual frameworks
  • Define obligations, deliverables, pricing, milestones, and payment schedules
  • Support pricing decisions and RFP processes with commercial insights

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business, tech, operations & legal teams
  • Act as the coordination point for internal and external parties
  • Ensure alignment of all stakeholders during contract discussions

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain contract repository, version control, and renewal tracking
  • Monitor compliance and escalate deviations
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Law, CS or related field (MBA/LLB preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in contract management, analysis, or negotiations
  • Strong understanding of commercial frameworks and business operations
  • Basic understanding of software, SaaS, and tech-enabled services
  • Exposure to ML/AI concepts is a plus
  • Strong command of commercial legal terms and dispute procedures
  • Experience handling complex, multi-party agreements
  • English proficiency (French is a plus)
