Elevate is recruiting an
Analyst
for our Finance & Accounts team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for handling portal management, project verification & project confirmation to clients.

Specifically, The Analyst Will

  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers as per contract terms and billing schedules.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments via email and phone.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support) to resolve client issues.
  • Prepare aging reports and collection summaries for management.
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements related to receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in handling international clients or working in a shared services environment

Technical Skills

  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations

Qualifications

  • Any Graduation
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting will be preferred
