About us:

- At its heart, Probo is an opinion trading platform building prediction markets for India
- On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance and many more

- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze Web Traffic data to uncover insights on customer behavior & outcomes.
- Coming up with hypotheses leveraging internal and 3rd party data.
- High-level conceptual thinking about product / user problems.
- An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics.
- Create holistic weekly, monthly reports, and dashboards by pulling data from different data sources.
- Design and implement the full cycle of A/B testing from hypothesis creation to post-experiment analysis and presentation of results.
- Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of work experience in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel and scripting languages such as Python etc.
- Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Quicksight / Power BI / Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to break down a complex problem into smaller parts and develop a solutioning approach
- Excellent communication, analytical and evaluative thinking skills
- Blend of Business + Data experience.
- Who knows data structures
- Preferred if the candidate has worked in a start-up before
- Willingness to take initiative, and the sheer ability to hustle and get things done in ambiguous problem spaces.
