Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) with relevant experience in selling residential apartments, townships, and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling on company-provided leads (and own leads if available), scheduling meetings/site visits, explaining project details, and assisting clients through the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with potential customers from company-provided leads and own references.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and property site visits.
- Present and explain project details, features, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance during the decision-making process.
- Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Support customers with booking formalities and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (apartments, township & commercial).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
