Job Title: Visa OfficerRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling global visa and immigration processes (PR, work permits, visit visas, student visas, etc.).
  • Coordinating with clients over calls and explaining the complete visa and immigration process in detail.
  • Assessing client eligibility for different visa categories and guiding them on documentation requirements.
  • Administering policies related to immigration, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Reviewing and checking all entry requirements of universities, embassies, and immigration authorities.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications with complete accuracy.
  • Providing end-to-end support in documentation, application filing, and follow-ups with embassies/consulates.
  • Advising clients on visa interview preparation and expected questions.
  • Keeping updated with the latest immigration rules, policies, and changes across different countries.
  • Maintaining records of client cases, tracking application progress, and providing timely updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to counsel clients effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience as a Visa Officer / Visa Consultant will be preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
