Role & responsibilities

  • Counsel students or clients on visa requirements for Australia, including student visas (subclass 500), visitor visas, and permanent residency options.
  • Assess eligibility of clients based on Australian immigration policies and provide personalized guidance.
  • Guide clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of changes in Australian immigration laws, procedures, and visa policies.
  • Liaise with clients, universities, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Handle client queries through email, phone calls, or in-person consultations.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, visa applications, and outcomes.
  • Follow up on visa outcomes and provide post-visa assistance where necessary.
  • Participate in marketing or promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs related to Australian education and immigration.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent knowledge of Australian visa types, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
