The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. Theyre more than just an important part of the business theyre our backbone.

Internal accounting? Thats a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities this is what our financial people do all day long.

Were looking for a Local Financial Controller wholl report to the Chief Financial Officer. You'll focus on Revolut's TechCo entities, responsible for non-operating branches and subsidiaries of Revolut Ltd, based in Lithuania, Hungary, Russia, and Ukraine.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing general ledger accounts under IFRS, working with Netsuite, and contributing with our shared service centre for monthly bookkeeping and account closings
• Collaborating with the Global Tax team for VAT and CIT filings
• Managing local interim and annual audits
• Managing local accounting vendors (for accounting under local GAAP)
• Being the point of contact for all finance-related matters, like OPEX, tax, etc., for entities under your domain
• Automating projects and supporting the launch of new entities

What you'll need

• 5 years experience in a related position (4 if you're a qualified accountant)
• IFRS experience and an understanding of how to apply standards
• Experience in a related industry role as an external auditor, or in financial services as a financial controller or accountant

Nice to have

• Experience working in a similar role in Lithuania, Hungary, Russia, or Ukraine
• Fluency in Lithuanian, Hungarian, Russian, or Ukrainian
• Knowledge of SQL
• High-level tax experience

Compensation range

• Lithuania: 3,800 - 4,500 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
