Step into a key leadership role as our Controlling Team Lead, where your financial expertise will shape strategic decisions and drive operational excellence. Youll lead a small team, oversee critical reporting and planning processes, and ensure the accuracy of cost and inventory controls. What You Will Do:
  • Supervising the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses for local management (e.g.: actual vs plan analysis, inventory control, cost control)
  • Actively participating in monthly closing tasks
  • Optimizing the processes of the controlling department
  • Leading the process of compiling and monitoring annual and quarterly plans
  • Monitoring the company's fixed assets and inventory compliance in the system
  • Taking responsibility for product cost calculation and analysis
  • Ensuring the reliability of reports and point out any risk areas to local management
  • Leading a team of 2 finance professionals
We are looking for candidates who:
  • Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or economics/economic informatics
  • Expertise in interpreting accounting relations
  • Value accuracy and precision in their work and approach new tasks proactively
  • Have the aptitude to manage, lead and motivate the team successfully while incorporating the leadership attributes and mindset to the daily communication
  • Have extensive practical experience in data analysis and visual presentation of results
  • Successfully apply appropriate communication style when cooperating with internal and external decision-makers, in both English and Hungarian
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization software
  • Flexible approach to new tasks
