Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead (Backend) with expertise in and Spring Boot who can lead backend architecture, guide the development team, and ensure high performance and scalability of systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and a passion for mentoring others—especially in creating an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage backend development projects using and Spring Boot.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high code quality.
- Guide and mentor junior developers in coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
Technical Skills Required
- Languages & Frameworks: , Spring Boot (Java), RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
