is an upcoming technology-driven platform designed to help Indians invest, work, and build businesses in Dubai. From property investment to company setup, visa support, and job opportunities — DubaiGini is your one-stop platform for "Everything Dubai."

We're now looking for a CTO who can lead the product and technology vision, build and manage the development team, and shape the future of this global platform.

Role Overview:

As the Co-Founder & Tech Lead, you will:


• Take complete ownership of the DubaiGini platform development (web + app).


• Build and lead a team of developers, designers, and tech partners.


• Define and execute the technology roadmap, architecture, and scalability plans.


• Work closely with the founding team on product strategy, UX, and monetization models.


• Integrate real estate listings, business setup services, and AI-driven recommendation systems into a unified ecosystem.


• Manage vendor relationships, hosting, APIs, and third-party integrations.


• Be part of the core founding team, with equity-based partnership and long-term growth opportunities.

:

You should have strong command over

:
• Full Stack Development (MERN / MEAN preferred

)
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Google Cloud / Azure

)
• Database Management (MongoDB / MySQL / Firebase

)
• API Integrations (CRM, Payment Gateway, Google Maps, etc.

)
• Mobile App Development (React Native / Flutter

)
• UI/UX Implementation and performance optimizatio

n
• Experience with AI, chatbot, or recommendation systems will be an advantage
