As we grow, we're looking for a strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
Job Summary:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, optimizing the sales process, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, track performance, and report to senior leadership.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Ensure the CRM system is accurately used and maintained for pipeline visibility.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or proptech.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of building and managing successful teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales models.
- Familiarity with real estate software platforms and tools.
- Network in the real estate or property technology space.
