Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Kaushambi . The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities also include developing strategies for business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will be tasked with providing detailed reports on performance and implementing company policies effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial products such as Home Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance
- Ability to analyze market trends and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
