Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Paralegal to join our team at Vasu Law Firm. This on-site role, located in Ahmedabad, involves providing support to attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include assisting in case preparation, managing communication with clients and external parties, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong skills in Research and Document Review
  • Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and case management procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a paralegal certification is a plus
