Are you a foreign-trained attorney based in India, passionate about immigration law and client service? We are seeking a Immigration Paralegal/Client Care Specialist to work directly with our U.S. immigration law firm based immigration law firm representing individuals, families, and businesses across the country. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate service in every case we handle. This is a dual role where you will assist with preparing immigration filings and act as a client care specialist, answering calls and emails from existing clients regarding their case status and questions. Draft and prepare immigration filings (family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, asylum applications, motions, etc.) under attorney supervision. Answer inbound calls and emails from existing clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiries. Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients about their ongoing immigration matters. Highly fluent in English — both spoken and written (you must be comfortable on client calls). Available to work full-time during U.Eastern Time Zone business hours. Tech-savvy with reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet space to take calls. S. immigration law experience. Experience working remotely for a U.S. immigration law experience. Training and supervision from experienced U.Growth potential based on performance and commitment.
