**Job Description**:
Legal Executive
- Providing legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements, sub-contracts.
- Ad hoc legal advice relating to the general operations of the company.
- Involvement with corporate and paralegal matters and assisting with compliance with legal requirements of the company, Assisting with the keeping the company contracts and guidelines/policies up to date. Exposure to drafting and negotiating agreements are key assets.
- Should be a team player and demonstrate a good project management approach combined with good communication skills.
- Should have a very good business understanding and are willing to learn and evolve in an entrepreneurial and result oriented environment
- Should understand legal matters and legal issues, you are accurate and extremely organized, and you are willing to learn.
