About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Executive (Male) to join our team. The role involves drafting, vetting, and managing contracts while supporting our legal and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal agreements and contracts.
  • Vetting contracts for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Managing timely renewals of contracts and agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting notices as required.
  • Assisting the Company Secretary and collaborating with external advocates on compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Organized, detail-driven, and proactive.
