Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager specializing in Cellphone Mobiles to join our team. The position is mid-level and is based in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time role requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in managing a mobile store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining store operations at an optimum level.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in retail management with a focus on cellphone retailers.
  • Proficiency in mobile store management is mandatory for effective operational oversight (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong capability in sales forecasting to predict and strategize sales efforts effectively.
  • Experience with inventory management software to maintain optimal stock levels and manage logistics.
  • Competence in customer relationship management to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills for effective management and motivation of sales staff.
  • Skill in conflict resolution to handle consumer and staff grievances and ensure a harmonious environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of telecom products to guide customers and make informed stocking decisions.
  • Understanding of retail marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and sales.
