Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our software sales team. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our software solutions, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closure. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to start a career in B2B software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Present and promote software products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for demos and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and support.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of software or IT products (training will be provided).
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in software or IT sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹33,328.41 per month
