About the Role

We're looking for
dynamic, field-driven professionals
to join our
Financial Assistance Program (FAS)
team.

As a
Financial Access Specialist
, you'll be the bridge between hospitals, doctors, and patients — helping them access smooth and affordable financing for cancer treatment.

field-based role

What You'll Do

  • Partner with medical representatives and hospital teams to introduce iCanHeal's Financial Assistance (FAS) Program
  • Educate oncologists, administrators, and patient counselors about program benefits and application processes
  • Build trust with doctors and stakeholders to enable adoption of patient financing solutions
  • Address queries related to eligibility, documentation, and approval timelines
  • Gradually manage
    independent doctor and hospital engagement
  • Gather field insights to improve communication and outreach strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in
    Finance, Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • 2–4 years
    of experience in
    financial services (loans, EMI programs, NBFCs)
    or
    healthcare financing/insurance/TPAs
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills
  • Self-starter
    with a high-energy approach to fieldwork
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    healthcare financing, insurance, or hospital credit desks
  • Familiarity with the
    oncology or healthcare ecosystem
