The User Access Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring secure and efficient access to enterprise systems and data. This role involves managing user identities, access permissions, and authentication to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer user accounts, roles, and access rights across systems and applications.
  • Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular user access reviews and re-certification processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce least privilege principles.
  • Support on-boarding/off-boarding processes with timely access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Ensure compliance as per organization policy.
  • Automate access workflows using tools like IDAM.
  • Maintain SOP related to UAM/ UAR process and keep updating at regular intervals basis changes in to systems/ processes.
  • Prepare Monthly / Quarterly UAM / UAR dashboard with performance and improvement areas.
  • Manage the IT audits & closure of the audit points .

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Experience in Identity management operations with min. 4-5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
  • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, IDAM etc..).
  • Strong understanding of access control models (RBAC).
  • Knowledge of SSO & MFA.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Should have knowledge on office automation tool like MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Should be able to prepare dashboard and present to senior management.
