Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Relation Support. The PRS will be responsible for handling the International patient's queries and maintaining the communication between hospital and case manager. They need to be Quick & Proactive in Providing support to case managers at all times , maintaining the CRM and Lead Assignment.
Must have:
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Hospital Operations & understanding of Medical Terminology
- Excellent Communication skills- spoken & written
- Good listening & perceiving skills
- Quick & assertive in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment
- Must be a Team Player
- Must have the ability to make sales
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in healthcare sector or similar profile would be a bonus.
- Education background in Healthcare/Hospital Administration would be considered
