Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Executive / Associate to join our team and contribute to expanding Myelin Foundry's presence in the US market. The role involves driving marketing campaigns, generating qualified sales leads, and creating impactful digital content that communicates our technology value proposition effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research

  2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential customer segments across target industries.

  3. Analyse global market dynamics in AI, edge computing, and industrial automation to uncover new opportunities and inform Myelin Foundry's positioning.

  4. Work closely with the sales and product teams to translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies, customer outreach plans, and content narratives tailored for the US market.

  5. US Market Campaigns & Lead Generation

  6. Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at US customers.

  7. Research, identify, and qualify potential leads in the industrial AI, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and track leads through CRM systems.
  9. Support in outreach activities — email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and digital ads.

2. Content & Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage digital marketing content — blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop product messaging, case studies, and videos.
  • Manage social media handles and ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance.

3. Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and insights to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creatives or digital ad execution.
  • Maintain marketing databases, dashboards, and lead funnels.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in B2B / tech / SaaS domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for international/US audiences).
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
