About the Role
We are seeking a
finance-savvy Business Coordinator
to join our international client engagement team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for global traders, researchers, and fund managers. You'll gather insights into client strategies, maintain strong relationships, and provide valuable inputs to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in client introduction meetings.
- Understand and document trading styles, strategies, and business needs.
- Collect insights and prepare structured business reports for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for smooth communication flow.
- Stay updated with global market trends and share intelligence with leadership.
- Build and maintain long-term professional client relationships.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), BAF, BBA (Finance), BMS (Finance), or related degree.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel); CRM knowledge is a plus.
