Job Description:-

Finance Management

• Create, find vendors, negotiate with them and execute for our client's best possible costs, monetizers reconciliation, cash flow, revenue business models and execute them with IT development team and third-party company partners

• Continuous benchmarking of pricing with other competitors and propose/execute the best possible pricing for client, to drive revenue, EBITDA and monthly users' growth.

• Regular review of the company's bookkeeping records, cash flows, setting up best possible automated bookkeeping, cash flow models across all markets, leading day to day accounting operations, to protect client law compliance, revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and liquidity

• Set up and lead day to day operations for all financial cash-revenue-EBITDA-cost flow in the company, including finding, onboarding and managing relationships with best possible third-party financial flow, payment gateway, tax, and logistics vendors for client

• Regular review of company's contractor costs, services, relevancy, efficiency, value creation and benchmark them versus best in the world practices

• Enable fact-based decisions - from the planning phase to the execution phase - by creating transparency on the financial performance of the global and local product portfolio across business units, markets, and distribution channels

• Ensure the end-to-end financial transparency within the area of responsibility by developing and implementing a relevant set of KPIs for the management, sales, costs, EBITDA tracking and projecting, product-customers life cycle analysis, inventory, marketing analysis

• Manage & execute standardized business performance tracking, reporting and ad hoc analysis (including country, store, customer, account information etc. )

• Manage cost centers / internal orders and all financial tasks

• Partner with marketing team in all areas of strategy, execution, and administration

• Significantly contribute to the achievement of the company strategy by driving of continuous improvement of people, processes, team outputs

• Partner with business and company management with regards to brand operations, creating and implementing new business strategies.

Brand Development

• Develop and execute growth strategy, which drives growth of EBITDA, revenue, monthly users, conversion and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets, leads, alliances, join ventures, customer segments and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, support company sales events, exhibitions or other representative meetings

• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives as client brand ambassador

• Prepare sales / alliances contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules, protecting client company interests and following company guidelines

• Prepare sales offers, programs, rewards and other incentives for clients, to support company ambition to become leading global online marketplace

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Develop team of salespeople as per client company needs
