Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a wide range of non-IT roles across industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, BFSI, logistics, healthcare, retail, etc.

Location kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various non-IT roles.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.

Follow up with candidates and clients after interviews and facilitate the hiring process.

Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain post-placement follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Meet recruitment targets and timelines as defined by the management.
