Non-Tech Recruiter (6-Month Contract) (Salary lpa)
to help scale world-class teams across
Finance, Strategy, Risk & Compliance, People, and Operations
functions. This is a

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for non-tech roles such as Accounting, Procurement Operations, Internal Audit, and Trust & Safety.
  • Translate team requirements into actionable hiring strategies and execution plans.
  • Conduct
    market mapping, talent research, benchmarking, and proactive sourcing
    .
  • Partner with global stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless
    candidate experience
    .
  • Build and maintain
    recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics
    to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Support
    process optimization
    , structure interviews, and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–8 years
    of hands-on experience in
    non-tech/corporate hiring

  • Prior exposure to

    preferred.
  • Excellent

    and knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
