We welcome suitable applicants for the role "Head Franchise" For (General Insurance Business - Motor and Non Motor) Chennai.
Role involves handling "Pan India Business Operations & Distribution"
Experience : yrs
Education: Masters in Marketing, Business Administration from recognized institute.
Location : Chennai
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance.
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards.
- Monitor financial performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.
- Identifying, evaluating, and appointing new franchise partners and dealers to expand the distribution network.
- Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Developing and fostering positive relationships with franchisees.
- Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans.
- Collaborating with other departments to drive overall business success.
- Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability.
- Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics.
- Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
- Implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
What we expect ? :
- Proven experience in franchise management or a related field of business.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. (English & Hindi Must)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of business operations and financial management.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations, evaluating compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop local marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights to franchise owners for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships, Should travel across Pan India Business Centers for Business engagement, People Engagement, business Retentions and More on...
- Facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate team, addressing concerns and providing support as needed
Preferred Background: General Insurance / Banking / NBFC industry.
Language Proficiency: English & Hindi,
