City Head JD-Key ResponsibilitiesLead city-level strategy and execution for private partnership and franchise network expansion.Identify, evaluate and onboard new franchise partners aligned with Indofasts business model.Develop business plans to achieve city-wise station growth targets and network milestones.Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment for new locations.Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth station operations.Drive profitability and sustainability for franchise partners through continuous support and monitoring.Coordinate with operations, marketing and central teams for partner enablement and performance tracking.Ensure compliance with company standards, operational guidelines and customer experience benchmarks at all franchise locations.Represent Indofast in local market forums and establish the company as the preferred partner in EV battery-swapping infrastructure.Key RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management or related field.5–8 years of experience in business development, franchise expansion or network building (EV/automobile/retail/logistics sectors preferred).Strong negotiation, networking and stakeholder management skills.Proven track record in delivering growth through partner-led models.Strong analytical ability to assess business potential and optimize market opportunities.Entrepreneurial mindset with execution-oriented leadership.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
