We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Specialist with deep expertise in architecting, developing, and managing enterprise-level digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen in Adobe Experience Cloud, coupled with strategic thinking to support MEA clients in delivering seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AEM implementation, customization, and maintenance for enterprise digital ecosystems.
  • Partner with MEA clients to translate business requirements into scalable AEM solutions.
  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with other Adobe and third-party systems.
  • Drive architecture design sessions, ensuring alignment with best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
  • Manage and mentor development teams; ensure adherence to coding standards and project delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams, backend developers, and project managers to deliver integrated digital solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and digital marketing trends relevant to MEA markets.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and provide technical consultation for new engagements in the MEA region.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Expertise in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, and related AEM frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, and Assets.
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue preferred.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of content management workflows, SEO best practices, and multi-language/multi-site configurations.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AEM Developer or Architect certification preferred.
