Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate AEM Author (Front-End Developer) with 1-2 years of experience in managing and creating content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to build, update, and optimize web pages, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Build and configure web pages and templates using AEMs components and authoring tools.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement front-end updates.

Ensure brand consistency across all pages and digital assets.

Optimize pages for SEO, accessibility, and performance.

Test and troubleshoot page layouts, components, and functionality issues.

Manage digital assets, metadata, and tagging within AEM's Digital Asset Management (DAM).

Support content migration and version control activities.

Provide feedback on improving AEM authoring processes and component usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience working as an AEM Author or Front-End Content Specialist.

Proficiency in AEM Sites and understanding of authoring interfaces, templates, and components.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor front-end tweaks.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and layout.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with AEM workflows, components development, or Sling models.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Basic understanding of version control (Git).
