Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Category Manager role based in Noida. The responsibilities include overseeing the category's procurement and sales processes, developing and implementing category strategies, and managing supplier relationships. The Category Manager will analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, and drive sales growth aligned with business goals. Collaboration across cross-functional teams will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Category Management, including planning and driving overall category performance
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and build vendor relationships
  • Experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in education technology or a related industry is a plus
