Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 
Operations Executive
 to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth backend operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory, handle product listings, and oversee billing processes to ensure seamless business flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process 
    Purchase Orders (POs)
     received from multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Update and maintain 
    inventory records on Unicommerce
     to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Create and manage 
    new product listings on Unicommerce and Easyecom
    , ensuring correct SKUs, pricing, and details are uploaded.
  • Handle 
    E-Way bill generation and invoicing
     for all relevant transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain documentation and provide reports on POs, inventory status, and invoicing.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to listings, inventory mismatches, or billing discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in 
    operations, supply chain, or e-commerce management
     (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Unicommerce
     or similar OMS/WMS tools.
  • Basic understanding of 
    GST, invoicing, and e-way bill processes
    .
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in a 
    D2C or e-commerce startup
     is a plus.
