Role OverviewThis is an end -to -end Sales & Marketing role where you're responsible for generating enquiries, nurturing leads, and closing deals for digital marketing and branding services. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure proper execution and client success. Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Digital Services Location: Pune Experience: 3–4 years(Min. 2 years in Digital Marketing Agency Sales MANDATORY) Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platformsCoordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns (organic and paid) and generate high -quality enquiriesRepresent RenB in industry groups, webinars, and networking platforms to build a strong prospect baseTrack campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize lead -gen effortsProspect, pitch, and convert clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content, Branding, Websites, etc.)Own and manage the sales funnel from lead to closure using Zoho CRMDevelop a strong understanding of client requirements and present tailored service offeringsFollow up on leads generated by marketing and build a strong pipelineWork closely with internal teams (strategy, design, content, delivery) to ensure seamless on boarding and handoverAchieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall business growthRepresent the brand professionally in client meetings and events. RequirementsCandidate Profile – Sales -Driven FocusProven sales performer with 3–4 years of experience in services sales, preferably digital/creative agenciesMinimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency handling end -to -end salesStrong consultative selling skills — understands client needs and aligns them to service offeringsTrack record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing short sales cyclesExperience in outbound sales (cold outreach, email, LinkedIn) and converting inbound leadsFamiliarity with Zoho CRM or similar tools for pipeline trackingExcellent communication, presentation, and closing skillsHustler mindset — self -motivated, persistent, and result -oriented.
